Avoid dairy products and anything high in acid. You might pay attention to how much you're eating. A lot of time when I get stressed I don't eat as much as I should and that can contribute to having more gas. If you actually fill yourself up that can help the digestive process, your stomach is built to handle being filled. I guess it is obviously that I've had this problem before considering all the advice I'm giving. Another thing to consider is your eating schedule. If you can find a consistent schedule on when you eat each day that helps settle your stomach because it learns to adjust to that schedule, your body gets used to patterns and irregularity can make it rough.
