First off, do you have a Pentium 4 2.2 GHz or a Celeron 2.2 GHz? If you have a Pentium 4, I suggest this motherboard:

You can get it at NewEgg for $100.00.

I wouldn't buy EITHER of those videocards. For the money, they're a ripoff. Get a GeForce 4 TI4200 128 MB instead. They're about $100 and a hell of a lot more powerful.

A 350w power supply will be enough for your computer as long as you don't have like 30 hard drives or something. If you get a huge powered video card then it might not be enough...even though that's highly doubtful. Good luck!
