Hang two 10 or 12 lb sand bags around your neck, about level just below your armpits (we'll consider that as if you have a bra, for your sake). Now wear them continuously (never take them off!) for 10 years. That should put somethings into at least a little bit of perspective.
When I get pictures after my reduction (in like, 3 years) I'll pass them on.
