Sleep...showering?
So I was going to sleep around 12 midnight as per the norm for me and I went to sleep and was asleep for I assume about 45 minutes- an hour and I wake up and I'm in the shower. I don't know why I was there, but the water was on and turned to like a perfect temperature. I don't think I was in there for too long because my skin wasn't all pruney and the water hadn't gone cold.
So I finished my shower and went back to sleep, thinking "Hey I guess I saved myself a bit of time in the morning."
Thing is that I have no past record of sleep walking or anything like that. Any thoughts?
