Gaming in the Marvel Universe, and playing a minor shapechanger (can change facial features and body shape, but cannot change into animals or objects). We'd attacked a Nazi zeppelin run by minions of the Fourth Reich and weren't doing well. I'd snuck onto the bridge and was trying to figure out what to do.
A guard happens to see me and goes to shoot, so I stepped forward, and with a combination of Sleight of Hand and Shapechanging, pulled off my "mask" to reveal that I was actually the Red Skull!
No one expected the move, and the whole group was laughing while the GM just sat there stunned. I start belting out orders in a cheesy German accent and basically took over the ship. Within a few minutes, I had the Germans attacking one another and had set the zeppelin to ram into the secret, floating Nazi base that we were heading towards in the first place.
Good times...
