If you haven't gotten this already, one thing to consider in relation to the white lines within the cat, is that tattoo ink is viewed through a layer of skin, so if you have a darker complexion, then it may be more or less difficult to see (I can't remember which way it works), but either way, it will be viewed through a layer of skin, so white tattoos aren't usually a vibrant white. (Not to say that white ink tattoos aren't cool...I'm having white added to two of mine as soon as I get some cash) Also, I'd find a tattooist with a light hand. My first one had close lines like that, and the guy that did it drove HARD with the needle, and some of the lines are now blown out, less than two years later.
But, more on topic, I think the finalized design looks really nice, and in the hands of a good tattoo artist, it should be a piece that you'll always be proud of!
