hrm! That's a good ? R.O.U.S.' are pretty gross (if you know what I'm talking about) Then there's Darkness from the movie Legend whom I think is awsome! And of course there's Freddy and Jason and all those creepy guys!! But my favorite 'monster' is probibly Eric Draven/The Crow...who said monsters were all bad!!
