Nope, that's an improper use of statistics. They are saying that 1 to 5 percent of women who are on the pill and sexually active will get pregnant; this has nothing to do with the frequency of sex. Probably either forgetting to take pills, or medicinal interactions, or that the woman's body chemistry doesn't agree with the pills.
