Actually, i blame alot of it on the the Diefenbaker conservatives.
They were the FOOLS who cancelled the ARROW. That one move set the tone of the Canadian military for the future. From that day onwards, Canada ceased to be a serious military player. We went from being on the cutting edge to the trailing edge. Forever looking to buy instead of build.
