eesh, you would think i mentioned DaNang to a bunch of backflashing 'nam war vets. LOL!!! luckily, EQ came at a time when i had just gotten my bachelors and way before i began my masters. would just come home from work and log on for a few hours before i crashed out. never really got addicted, but did love the game. i read that the new EQ will be more tightly controlled, with locked encounters and mechanisms to prevent camping, raiding, twinking and powerleveling. could make for a more interesting game.
