warcraft3 uses port 6112 and 6113 to connect to battle.net
so if you are running a bnet server on a lan you should with some proper configuration be able to connect to it
but judging from your posts i don't think this is the case here
now for normal lan play warcraft simply connects through tcp-ip without ANY specification of ports
you simply arrive into your private lobby on your machine. When someone creates a game on his machine, his machine will broadcast the game details to all pc's currently running wc3 with the same version and the game will appear in your private lobby. At this point you can connect
At no point in the game can you specify what port warcraft needs to use as there is no direct-ip option in warcraft.
