There is a game called American Civil War. It's very old, and I got it in a collect of Civil War computer stuff, but it's decent.
Civil War Generals 2 is a good game. It's turn-based, so it's a little wierd, but the detail is good and the campaigns are accurate.
There are a bunch out there. Just go look around a game store and you should find a couple.
