I do part time work for my Dad on the computer. He has a printing business and does layouts for advertisements, forms, and menus for businesses and even the county. I most of his layouts for him unless it's really minor, simple stuff. Made forms for the county, and typed up menus for several local restaurants. I've made up business cards too. It's not full time work - he pays me piecework. It's a thought.
Also medical transcribing can sometimes be done from home through companies or freelance. Most companies require a course in Medical Terminology. I had intended to work for a company once they got some new accounts that they were expecting but we moved right around that time and they didn't do work outside that region.
