First, I have to say that the question is skewed...emphesizing physical characteristics...but here we go:
Face
Eyes
Personality
Posture/Carries herself
Weight and Build (proportional, preferably on the petite side)
Breasts (small can be good, I appreciate)
thighs/crotch intersection (bit of plumpness)
