True the fats in peaut butter are the fats that are good for you, but peanut butter is to be eaten in major moderation (like 1 tablespoon a day), and the only people who need to worry about eating the peanutbutter for fat are those on very strict cutting diets that don't get their daily fat intake needs via the meals that they prepare. Basically, stay away from the peanut butter
