Quick lunch ideas for a guy on the run...
Well, to put it plain and simple, my schedule is extremely hectic. I am a professional schmoozer (Biz dev guy) during the day, I run a non-profit org, I am going to grad school, I coach soccer, and I am a weekend DJ.
Here's the problem. I am trying to drop 20-40 pounds, and I cannot find a decent low-fat lunch on the run to save my life. I am sick of Subway and BK Salads SUCK. I tried bringing tuna into the office, but then my office smells.
Do you bring a bag of grapes with you at all times? Carrots? I would love to hire an admin to bring me lunch, but that is kind of rediculous. Anyway, any ideas would help.
