I've been meaning to reinstall mine for a while now.
The most annoying program for me is Windows Messenger, the chat program one.
When I try to exit the program, it tells me,
"There are other applications currently using Windows Messenger. You must close these other applications before you you can exit Windows Messenger. These applications may include Outlook, Outlook Express, MSN Explorer, Internet Explorer."
The only one of these I've even vaguely familiar with is Internet Explorer. I
use I.E. as my browser, but why would
I.E. need Messenger?
