I guess there have been a few in the $75 range. They're usually the ones that are "collectors editions" in the metal boxes with little pewter figurines and cloth maps and such. Not many of those around thou.
I'm a big time video game/computer game collector and have been for the last 20 years. I've pulled out some of my old games which still had the original receipt. Some of those games for say the Sega Genesis sold for $64.99 new (USD). I have one that I paid $100 for. It was a Genesis racing game that had some kind of 3D chip built into the cartridge. So in reality, games are really a bargain considering how much more development time goes into them nowadays.
