I'm on a South African passport, damned difficult to get holiday visas for most countries let me tell you.

Having long given up on getting a Euro (Schengen) visa although I've lived in UK for the last 4 years, I recently went to Turkey (south-western area) and now am looking at another easy-to-get-into country, Bulgaria.

Have any of you been there, and have any tips, gotchas or other info that would be useful to a first-time visitor?
