My favorite games that creeped me out, were Thief, and Undying.

Looks like a new Horror game is about to be released. Oct 15th or so, 'Nosferatu'. It's kinda cool, it will randomly spawn weapons and monster in different locations. Mostly based on slaying vampries.
Seems really creepy to me. I remember one room I was checking out a stained glass window, then some vamprie comes crashing though it, scared the living shit out of me. check it out, the is demo out.
