1) Typically either pureed tomatos or canned whole tomatos, though when tomatos are really in season and I can find some good ones I'll occasionally use those.
2) Since I tend to use about a cup worth of broth every other week I just use bullion cubes, but that's for cooking. For soup I'll make it myself.
3) Pizza crusts I make myself (well, i will order pizzas, but that's rare), and I posted my recipe here:

4) Pie crusts are something else I make myself. One of my more interesting cooking experiences involved rolling out the crust for a cheesecake using the greased edge of a knife and a floured counter-top (it is SO much easier to do with the proper equipment)
