Please don't do that to yourself again, starvation dieting is not only extremely hard on your system, but also sends your body into starvation mode which will further fuck up your metabolism. Diet right, and don't worry about how fast you are losing the weight. 1-2 pounds of fat lost a week is ideal and will almost assure that you will keep it off when you hit your target as well. Congrats on a good start and hopefully you can finish off those last 70 lbs in a lot healthier fashion
