Ya know, while I agree with sixate in that had this been a person dragged it would be a whole lot worse, I don't share his humour in it.
If it had been a person, then the person/s doing the dragging should have their skin peeled off slowly in little strips whist being sprayed with pepper spray... or maybe tied to an industrial sized belt sander and left there. While the sander is on the slowest possible setting.
However, the idiots who did this should be left in a room with a number of militant PETA women.
