the implant sounds like an interesting idea, depending on how small and easy (ie quick and painless) it is to install... I guess my preference would be the longest term possible, in which case I'd rather have the scrotal shot. I sure as hell don't want kids now, I'm just not sure when that might change. Ten years is a long time. A yearly treatment would be like an annual renewal of my conviction that I don't want kids just yet, but if i ever change my mind it wouldn't be too long of a wait. (and that year would give me a chance to completely think things through; I want to be absolutely sure I want a kid before I make the effort).
