Yes, an idle Arkansas went up 6.27 points. Texas win on Kansas State had some to do with it, but Tulsa beating Hawaii 27-16 and themselves rocketing up 25.83 points (from #72 to #48) had much more effect.
Miami-Florida's drop was not only due to skating by West Virginia by only 2, but also 3 of their 4 other opponents lost this week and Boston College's win over Ball State didn't impress the spreadsheet.
The spreadsheet also wasn't impressed with Northern Illinois's overtime performance against Ohio, and Iowa State's beating by Oklahoma combined with Alabama's loss resulted in an 8.49 point drop. Without that drop, these Huskies would have been #9.
Tennessee's loss to Auburn plummeted them from #7 to #26, while it raised Auburn from #89 to #59. If Auburn turn out to be nearly the team the pre-season hype had them, Tennessee should recover quickly with Auburn wins, causing the loss to lessen.
