The subject was murders. Thanks for trying to twist my words and take my statement about murder rates being flat and misapplying it. Remember when you said:

But your data is really interesting. At the same time that assaults have gone way up, hospitalizations due to assault have gone way down. My conclusion is that assaults are now more "bar fight" type incidents and that the reduction in the number of guns have greatly reduced the severity of injuries due to fights.
