Hate to break it to you non-believers, but that truck is real, not photoshopped.
It's not like he rides around at that height!!! He's on air for christ sake people!!!! Flip of da swithces, and he's up, driving home like the rest of us to park his car for the next show.
The blurriness or whatever someone thought was evidence of a "blur tool" is most likely just poor image quality due to the host.
