The only real advice I can give on this would be; check out your local library they probably have plenty of study books on the GMAT. I'm not sure how similar the GMAT is to the GRE (I've been studying for the GRE) but they have classes you can take to help your score. Kaplan does a lot of good test reviews.
As far as the working full time and taking 2 classes, I don't think you would be over your head. A lot of it depends on if you can schedule your classes around your work load. I have a roommate working full time and taking 3 classes. He has some sleepless nights, but if you are willing to put your nose to the grind stone for a while, you will do fine.
