Miekle, you need to put image tags like this, [ img ] [ /img ] (just take the spaces out), on the ends of the urls to make the pics show.
Like this:

[img]h**p://www.jhepple.com/Pictures/Animals/Ant_Eater.JPG[/img]
After you take out the asterisks "*", this is what you get:
