That's the exact symptoms of the motherboard drivers needed updated. You need to find the Asus A7V333 chipset drivers and install them. If that doesn't work, then I have no idea. Those drivers are supposed to be found very easily (without having to call them!).

I'd look around <A HREF=http://www.asus.com/support/download/item.aspx?ModelName=A7V333>here</A> for the correct drivers. You may want to call them and ask which you need to download.
