Oh, this isn't out of the ordinary, a lot of my PC friends won't play consoles because "ahhh blahh the graphics suxor and controllers are for idiots." Well, you don't know what you're missing. Like I said earlier, most PCs simply have the graphical edge in frame-rate. That's it!
People didn't flock to Halo because it was "revolutionary" and "took 5 years to make." No one knew what Halo was when it came out. I was at the XBox launch, and trust me, not a fucking person there out of the 100 where I got mine had even heard of Halo. Millions of people bought Halo because they played it, read the outstanding reviews, and knew that they couldn't skip a game like this. That's why there are so many fans.
I guess PC gamers will never want to admit that a console FPS has any advantages over PC FPS. Oh well, I play both and enjoy both.

I am a console gamer at heart. Hell, just have a look at my avatar and you will know i love consoles. I grew up on consoles and will always love them. Consoles are better than pc in my mind its just that i dont like halo. I like pc for fps more than consoles though. I have every console out now except for the XBox. I want to get an XBox but right now there are no games that make me want to actually get one. When Ninja Gaiden comes out though, i may just have to get one. But you got me on the part about console fps. I cant really get into em. MY consoles are for fighting games, RPGs, Sports games, and action/adventure games. PC has FPS, and RTS. I did say something good about Halo on the console though. I said it does have really good controls for it being on a console.
And believe me i knew exactly what halo was way before it came out and so did everyone i know. I was severely disappointed though.
