I used to run a mile every day on the tredmill on highschool (after taking my inhaler of course

) and yeah i would run it with in incline. I got it down to under 5 minutes. I don't remember exactly what, but I think 4:45 would be a close guess. I know I'm terribly outta shape, and I need to start doing that again. Running that fast made me happy. With my athsma clearing up, I wonder if I could improve upon that.
4:45 is pretty fast, right?
