Umm no. Rust is not OK. Get in a nice wreck with that 30 yr old rusted pile of shit and you will die. Rust weakens metal parts. Period.
And for a BRAND NEW car to be rusted? UNACCEPTABLE in my book, I dont care what vehicle its on or if the manufacturer says "its normal." Bullshit. Cars cost too much money these days for me to buy one that is rusted. Jesus.
