It's funny how everyone is clueless about what this entails, and that no links stating what exactly is going on with MSN have been posted.

Only MSN Chat is going to a pay service. It will be $19.95 per year and includes 30mb of storage space. This does not effect MSN Messenger.
People need to stop listening to rumors and search for the facts. And don't believe anything unless you hear it from the horses mouth.
