I've had a problem using Net Zero myself. For about a week I couldn't get connected at all. What I did was uninstall nz, at work I downloaded the "new" version, and installed it. It worked then. Now I just get disconnected for no apperent reason. I'm probably going to switch to something local, until I can afford the extra for the cable modem/dsl.
