Ok, I read the title to the thread thinking "I've read articles about people cutting off their penis after taking drugs. I can deal with this." But garden shears!? Ouch. Poor dumbass indeed.
One thing I don't seem to understand is why these people, who take hallucigens and such, don't cut off something else? Why not a hand or toe or ear? Why do they always go straight for the penis?
