Getting away from the religion thing, I'm with Dante that a blowjob is as 'bad' as sex for an ex to have done; an "I'm kissing that mouth!" sort of thing. Perhaps also because a blowjob is a more submissive position for a woman to be in, so in a way it's more 'giving'? Ah, I dunno.
