Gas or Electric Stoves?
Which do you prefer?
Personally, I hate using electric elements on the stovetop. Terrible. It takes forever just to boil water and to heat up. It's hard to control the heat as well. Not hot enough, and too hard to control the heat well for stirfrying etc....
And its a bad shape for woks, though i do have a flat bottomed one, but its not the same....
