Yes, you have very bad eating habits.  Not only is the food that you are putting into your body complete crap, but you are only eating 2 times a day which means say goodbye to your metabolism.  Slowly your body is learning to not do a good job burning off fat and calories, and in a few years you are going to start putting on some wonderful bodyfat.  Make sure you eat AT LEAST 4 small meals a day, and if you are going to skip one don't skip breakfast.  As we get older your metabolism is going to start slowing down, couple that with a poor diet and you will be gaining extreme amounts of fat per year.  You are learning some bad things that will bite your ass when you get older
