Yes, get a Accident Attorney right away! It won't cost you anything until your case is over....... and you'll have someone on your side to crack the whip on the Insurance company, Insurance company's will bend over backward to find any loophole that saves them money, It took a year of fighting the Insurance company when this guy ran a stop sign and totaled my beautiful fully restored 1970 XL convertibile......... even with a signed deposition from the woman that was right behind him saying she seen him drive right through the stop sign without his brake lights coming on! They tried to pull this 50/50 crap saying I was half at fault........ the lying bastard told the traffic cop that I ran throught the stop sign and hit him! My beautiful old blu.... that I spent hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars on was sitting there all wasted with his truck buried into her front end and he says I hit him...... I flipped when he told the cop I hit him, the cop had to hold me back or I would have kicked the shit out him.
