I believe it was at "Bloodbath & Beyond".

It was from that bald guy with the Charles Bronson voice-

Homer: "If I had my gun now, I'd shoot you!"

Guy: "Yeah, well, you don't."

Now, who's the official cartoon spokesperson for the Springfield Nuclear Plant? Think he only ever got used once, early on.
