The point is that you are actually doing something about it and you are staying aimed at your goal. Congrats. Go at your own pace, and just know that everything that you do to better yourself ultimately gets you that much closer to your goal. I agree, Sunday football is brutal, but I make it a point to wake up around 9 and do my cardio before the first game starts. This way I am feeling too good to snack on crap during the game

Don't kid yourself, even us "in-shape" guys have weakness and have to fight urges for pizza, beer, n all the other crap that is so g'damn tasty & bad for ya

But like I said before, nothing tastes as good as being in shape feels!
