Okay, baby steps. I'm trying to limit my intake of the pizza and doritos type of stuff. I've been doing really good, that's how I've been able to loose much of the weight. But now that football season is here, Sundays are going to be a trial. I did pretty good this week - I didn't have any beer or pop, and I only had 1 peice of pizza. IT was tough though. It's a constant fight.
