I've returned to working out again for the past year (I'd fallen apart since college), but I've really only been going about it right since April. I've lost abbout 60 pound since last November, but seem to have hit a wall and haven't lost since May. Also, I seem to get burned out a bit quicker when working out than I had been a couple of months ago. I just took 3 weeks off and have been back to it for 2 weeks (this is week three), but someone at the club suggested I start using ZMA before going to bed at nite to help my muscles recover for the next day and to help me sleep ( I also have trouble sleeping. I get about 8 hours, but wake several times during the nite).
I've tried to find some info about ZMA online, but keep finding sites selling it and I don;t know how truthful that info is if their trying to sell the stuff.
SO, after the long explanation, does anyone know what it does, and/or how it should be taken. How often? When? etc.
