I dunno, there isn't one "biggest turn on". It happens all the time in different situations. For ex, yesterday she was running around in a tank top and shorts and she had her sunglasses in her hair. I don't know why, but the way the glasses made her hair fall and her smiling, was a big turn on. Then other times, she can be doing housecleaning in sweats and be a bit sweaty and that can be a turn on.
I can just look at her and get a hard on :-P
