Michigan always disappoints?
I believe they won it in 1997.
OSU is a pretender. Barely beating a SDSU team with their 2nd team QB and the offense not scoring a touchdown. Very sad.
While the best team probably is in the Big 12 I think the fact that you will all beat up on each other makes it that much tougher for you all. Dont forget Colorado they are looking pretty good early season. KSU is the weakest out of OU, UT, CU because they dont play anyone. Division II teams? Give me a break.
FSU could have a real shot since I do not think the ACC is nearly as good as it was last year but they still got a tough schedule. WF seems to be the 2nd best team in the conference right now.
Tennessee looks very good and they beat a very game Marshall team who always gets overlooked. Georgia also looks half way decent. Florida choked against UM and that is going to hurt them. Auburn showed how much of a joke they were.
USC gave up 18 points to BYU so there goes the theory if they cannot score. Pac10 is the weakest big time conference this year. ASU is the only other team with a shot.
UM, VT and Pitt all very good but I think VT comes out of that whole thing in the best shape.
Wisconsin was not very impressive against Akron...sure they score 40+ but they gave up 30+. You should not give up that many points to a 2nd tier team (Marshall is a lot better than Akron).
In the end I see VT versus U of Michigan in the championship game (be great if one Big 12 came out undefeated also so that we could have a big ass fight about the BCS..
