Rikimaru, Ayame, Tesshu Fujioka, Onikage, Tatsumaru, Ganda, Kagura and the demon guards in Tenchu III: The Wrath of Heaven.
If I was only allowed to choose one of them, then I'd pick Tesshu, 'cuz he is the coolest character of the game. I mean, they put in little x-ray shots of the bones he breaks during his stealth kills, fer gawd sakes!
