I agree with MacHeath. If it was a test, who needs that kind of crap? If it wasn't a test, you did the right thing. Sounds like something made her lose interest, so she stopped calling. And just because she thinks you'd be good for her sister doesn't mean the sister thinks so, hence (perhaps) the silence on that front. I'd say don't sweat it - shrug and move on.
