Lighten up
Some people have an all or nothing attitude (like myself) and seek out useful information to get the most efficient diet for their health goals. You don't have to be on a protein diet fad to realize that excess sugars turn into fat and store around your belly
. Limiting them just ensures that when you are working out you are burning your stored fat as opposed to the fat that you have accumulated during your daily intake of unneeded high carbs.
