Sounds to me like you led her on.
All the stuff you were thinking was non-verbal. From her perspective it probably looked like you were interested. Bolting when she went to get her stuff was hurtful.
Still, you had the guts to post the episode.
I'd be curious to know how she reacts the next time you run into her.
